2. Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By engaging NuvexaCreativeWorks for copywriting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between NuvexaCreativeWorks ("we," "our," or "us") and the client ("you" or "your").
2.1 Scope of Services
NuvexaCreativeWorks provides professional copywriting services including but not limited to landing page copy, technical articles, direct-response promotional copy, email sequences, brand messaging, sales page copywriting, ad copy, content audits, and sales funnel copy. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
2.2 Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified. A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of final delivery. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
2.3 Project Timeline & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the project outset and are subject to timely client feedback and approval at each stage. Delays in client feedback may proportionally extend the delivery schedule. NuvexaCreativeWorks will communicate any schedule changes promptly.
2.4 Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds beyond this allowance will be billed at €85/hour. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted within 7 days of receiving deliverables.
2.5 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered copy transfer to the client. NuvexaCreativeWorks retains the right to display work samples in portfolios and marketing materials unless the client objects in writing prior to project completion.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
NuvexaCreativeWorks' total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
2.7 Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2.8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

4. Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At NuvexaCreativeWorks, we strive to deliver exceptional copywriting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
4.1 Deposit Refunds
The initial 50% project deposit is fully refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once creative work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers resource allocation, research, and project setup.
4.2 Completed Work
Payments for completed and delivered work are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with delivered copy, we will work with you through the included revision rounds to address your concerns at no additional cost.
4.3 Cancellation Before Delivery
If a project is cancelled before the first draft delivery, you are entitled to a refund of any fees paid minus the deposit and any costs already incurred for research, competitive analysis, or strategy development, which will be itemized and communicated to you.
4.4 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4.5 Disputes
If you believe a refund is warranted due to services not matching the agreed scope, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to fair outcomes and will review each case individually.
